Due to the nature of our business we are not an emergency clinic. We will do our best to see the urgent needs of our clients. For actual emergencies you may contact one of the emergency facilities.
During winter months appointments may have to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
A few notes on Covid-19 from Highland House Calls:
We are currently operating during regular hours and will continue to do so unless we get sick, in which case we will need to close for a couple weeks to avoid spreading the virus to our clients. Meanwhile, we’re practicing all the usual safety precautions between appointments, such as disinfecting surfaces and thoroughly washing our hands.
We do ask that if you or a member of your household experience possible coronavirus symptoms that you wait or reschedule your appointment to a later date.
It is possible that we will experience a shortage of medications, so if your pet gets refills from us, we recommend placing orders early.
If you have any questions please feel free to call, text or email.
As always, we appreciate your business. The safety and well-being of our clients and staff remain our highest priority during this unusual time. We hope you stay well, and don’t forget to wash your hands!
