Bios 
Dr Bill Kurmes was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. After graduating from Flagstaff High School he received his bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University before attending Colorado State Veterinary School. He graduated from CSU in 1993 then headed to Chino Valley where he worked for almost five years before returning to Flagstaff and starting Highland House Calls in 1997.
Bill has been married to Melanie for 22 years and they have two daughters, Amelie and Katherine.
Melanie was also born and raised in Flagstaff. After graduating from Flagstaff High School she attended and graduated from Northern Arizona University .
As practice manager Melanie enjoys getting to know our clients and helping them with the care of their pets.
